<li>Sign in to your <a href="https://productivity.secureserver.net/" title="Email &amp; Office sign-in page" target="_blank">Email &amp; Office Dashboard</a> (use your 123 Reg username and password).</li>
<li>Next to an email user, select Upgrade.</li> 
<li>Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to. The cart will open.</li>
<li>Select Complete Purchase. The account will upgrade and we'll email you a receipt.</li>
