	<li>In the left-hand menu, select <strong>Dashboard</strong> &gt; <strong>Updates</strong>.</li>
	<li>Scroll down to the <strong>Themes</strong> section.</li>
	<li>Select the checkbox for the theme you want to update and then select  <strong>Update Themes</strong>.</li>
